I have gained my professional experience working as a Business Analyst and Product Owner. I am a practitioner, I have worked with various IT teams delivering projects in organizations of different sizes, ranging from small start-ups to international corporations.
I am a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) and Stowarzyszenie Jakości Systemów Informatycznych (SJSI).
I hold the following certificates: (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certificate of Capability in Business Analysis), IIBA-AAC (Agile Analysis Certification), IIBA-CPOA (Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis), IREB CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering), PSM (Professional Scrum Master) and PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
As an Analyst I strive to deepen my knowledge and educate myself continuously. I also share my thoughts and experience with others. I cooperate with various companies and institutions, conducting trainings and workshops on Business Analysis.

Gosia Trzaska
On a daily basis, I work as a business analyst, implementing projects for large international organizations and conducting training in requirements engineering.
Business analysis is my passion. I am particularly interested in areas such as change management and business process optimization. I am a BPMN specialist. I have numerous certificates confirming my knowledge in conducting IT projects (including AgilePM, ITIL 4, Change Management) and business analysis ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) and IREB CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering). I am a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and the Information Systems Quality Association (SJSI). I work in Polish, German, English and Spanish.
